TIPS - Kulat Hijau Dan Kulat Oren

Seperti yg dijanjikan dlm blog sebelum ni, ingin kami share kan serba sedikit tips yg diberikan oleh Pn Normah.

1) Kulat Hijau

Menurut beliau kejadian kulat hijau selepas bungkah matang adalah besar kemungkinannya dtg dr bari-bari. Dia ni jadi mcm agent pengangkutan kepada kulat hijau ni.

So berikut adalah langkah langkah yg harus diambil bagi mengatasi masaalah bari bari ni.

1. Keluarkan semua bungkah yg dah dijangkiti kulat hijau.

2. Tinggalkan beberapa bungkah cendawan yg terakhir dr rak yg telahpun dikutip hasilnya. Ensure semua tutup rehat dahpun dipasang kecuali beberapa rumpun cendawan. Menurut beliau kebanyakkan bari bari ni akan lepak kat cendawan yg masih tertinggal tu & mostly bari bari tu sedang dlm process pembiakan.

3. Sembur je rumpun cendawan tu dgn racun perosak mcm fumakilla, mortien, sheiltok dll

4. sebelum tutup rehat dibuka utk penghasilan round seterusnya, bungkah yg disembur dgn racuk perosak td hendaklah dibasuh dgn air.

2) Kulat oren

Pehh mmg hebat Pn Normah ni ... dia blh bau je spora kulat oren ni .... alah tegah kerana biasalah katakan.

So menurut belaiu jangkitan kulat oren ni selalunya berlaku dlm 2 minggu pertama selepas benih disuntik.

Cara utk menyelesaikkanya adalah mencucui kawasan yg terkena kulat oren dgn ubat pembasmi kuman i.e. clorox, klorin, detol dll .. pilihlah mana yg sesuai.

Sebelum hasil pertama .... semua bungkah yg dah dirawat dgn klorin, dettol dll tadi haruslah dibasuh dahulu bungkah tersebut.

Bukan basuh one by one ... memadai dgn spray dikawasan yg terkena bahan kawalan.

So berhati hati dgn angin yg senantiasa membawa spora kulat oren ini.

Resipe Cendawan Goreng

Bahan-bahannya :
1) 5 biji telur ayam yang di kacau rata
2) Tepung Kentucky
3) Cendawan segar baru petik dari ladang

Caranya :
1) Basuh cendawan dan toskan
2) Celup cendawan ke dalam sebatian telur yang dah dikacau
3) Gaul atau balik-balikkan cendawan ke atas tepung Kentucky
4) Masukkan kedalam kuali dan goreng sehingga garing

Perasa Tambahan :
1) Boleh buatkan sambal kicap
2) Atau sos cili dan sebagainya sebagai pencicah.

Materials to be installed to bring the temperature down

Temperature inside the Grande Farm's Mushroom House

27 degree celsius ! That is the temperature in the afternoon. This is quite acceptable but we aim to reduce the reading to maybe to 25 degree celsius...

And how do we do that... hmmm... Look at the materials purchased above.

A 3-doors chiller for Grande Farm Enterprise

A 3-doors chiller placed inside the house itself. This will be used to store the packed mushrooms ready for delivery to major hypermarkets in Sabah.

Getting tips from the expert

Here is my dad getting some helpful pointers from Mr. Chong, the expert in mushroom cultivations.

We should call him to visit more often, dad!

Still can fit more bags !

We still have 3/4 unoccupied racks in the house. We have put in 6,000 bags for a start and as an experiment.

The house can fit more than 15,000 bags. There will be more coming soon !

I am already planning for another mushroom house next year !

Have learnt a lot by having discussions with the experts back there.

I have also made some visits to other mushroom nurseries.

Grande Farm Enterprise - The people behind the project

The first view of the people assisting me in this project. My dad, my two brothers and I have two full time staff.

May all the hard work pay off very-very soon :-D.

I thank you all for the undivided contribution especially to my own family members.

My brother ( who is overseeing the company while I am not around) will be off to Japan somewhere around next year as part of the project agreement.

The polybags are all arranged neatly in their racks. The racks are all made by the technical consultant of Grande Farm itself, Mr. Sebastian Sebatin. Such a genius man, who can design and create items by just reading from manuals/books.

A very precise and perfectionist man. I feel lucky to become his daughter. Lucky to become my mom's daughter too... hehehe.. combine the two genes and out their children that are less perfectionists but more energised !

We have two full time assistants at Grande Farm. Hoping and praying that we can all cooperate and form a great... a grande enterprise!
